Job Description:
This position requires an individual who has experience with Paralegal/drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Vetting and drafting required legal documents like commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements vendor agreements.
- Attending the legal queries coming from clients as well as internal employees
- Be part of calls with the client’s legal team as and when needed.
- Coordinating with external lawyers for internal and external legal suits and notices.
- Coordinate with Government Authorities and officials for external and/or internal affairs.
You’ll be a good fit, if you are:
- Must have experience working with confidentiality agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosures
- Graduate (LLB) or strong experience working as a paralegal
- Good command of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- This is a hybrid position – Employee may need to come to the office as and when needed. (So need local to Ahmedabad candidates)
