Our Law Firm based in Connaught Place is looking for a junior lawyer with a decent post qualification experience, primarily having experience in the field of Corporate & Commercial Laws (Litigation sector) for a long term association fulfiling the following specifications:
The Candidate must have good understanding on Insolvency Law, Companies Act, Tax Laws, Arbitration Laws etc
Should have basic knowledge in drafting Writ Petitions, Appeals, SLP’s, Replies, Rejoinders etc
Must have strong sense of commitment with a penchant on learning.
