The candidate should have a degree of LLB/LLM from a reputed institute. She/he must have a PQE of 2-3 years in the area of corporate matter &Civil matters
Job Description :
1. Experience in Corporate matters,Debt, general lending, and borrowing, ECBs, various types of security creation, finance involving bonds, NCDs, debentures etc.
2. Actual working Civil matter,or at least thorough knowledge of IBC, Writ Petition drafting,Taxation and DRT would be a plus point.
3. The candidate must have an excellent technical application, drafting and research capabilities, finalizing and filing various applications.
4. Drafting legal opinions ,appearing before High court,drafting commercial documents &negotiable instruments, securities, security enforcement laws, contracts and company compliance.
5.Planning a strategizing approach for litigation and exploring innovative means to resolve clients’ tax disputes.
