ABOUT IILM UNIVERSITY
IILM University, or in its full name Institute of Integrated Learning in Management University, is a private university located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. It was established on 6 April 2018 under the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2018, after the Bill was approved by the Haryana Legislative Assembly in March 2018.

The Centre is dedicated to conducting research that contributes to high-quality scholarship, better policies, and a more robust public discourse about the issues that impact life in India. CRPP conducts advanced and in-depth research on a wide range of policy-relevant issues, with a focus on India’s 21st century challenges. Through its research and policymaking engagements, CRPP works closely with policymakers in its aim to place India firmly on the path of building a twenty-first-century policy ecosystem.

The IILM Blog aims at allowing the authors to explore the legal realm and mould discussions about legal issues not limiting themselves to social gremlins but also widening their array to nascent laws prevailing in India as well as in foreign nations through a meticulous selection process. The Blog endeavours to become the beacon of legal education by encouraging the synthesis of knowledge and
best practices cutting across the academia and research fraternity.
ABOUT THE COMPETITION
IILM Law School is organizing a Constitutional Law Blog Writing Competition on the occasion of Constitution Day to commemorate a significant event in the country’s history. On this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect on January 26, 1950, marking the birth of the Republic of India. November 26th was chosen as Constitution Day
to honour the contributions of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution.
Participants can express their thoughts through their writings to create a meaningful and informative celebration of Constitution Day while engaging with the Constitution’s principles and ideals.
THEMES
Themes for the blog entries for the competition will focus on Indian Constitutional law in the following areas:
• Digital Rights and Constitution.
• Gender Equality under Indian Constitution
• Judicial Governance and Judicial Activism
