Católica Law Review welcomes the submission of articles for the following issues:
Call for papers for the Private Law Edition:

Católica Law Review is an international, bilingual (Portuguese or English), academic, and peer reviewed legal journal of the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law of the School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Published by UCP Editora, and designed to foster outstanding legal research, reflecting the evolution of legal thought, Católica Law Review is a journal open to prospective authors from all origins, and is based on the most demanding international standards of peer review.
In line with the intent of including cutting-edge legal research in the most diverse fields, Católica Law Review has different issues, each focusing on Public, Private, or Criminal Law. In light of this, submissions for the Private Law issue are currently open. The deadline for submission is December 30 2023 at 23:59 GMT. Authors should send their articles to [email protected] to submit their papers to the reviewing process. The acceptance or rejection of the submitted article is to happen before January 30 2024. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the May 2024 issue.
