Job Description:
Our client, a well-reputed law firm with offices in multiple cities across India and with a diverse practice is looking to recruit a Commercial Disputes Resolution Lawyer
Role Requirements
- Appearing and presenting arguments in Courts
- Drafting pleadings
- Conducting trial
- Understanding of procedures and processes to be followed in various courts including the High Court, in Bangalore, Karnataka
- Understanding of laws
- Experience in Companies Act 2013. commercial advisory, commercial disputes, and familiarity with NCLT
What we look for in the candidate ?
- Excellent academic credentials, with an LL.B. from a reputable University.
- Completion of the AIBE exam is a must.
- Prior experience working in a law firm is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident solution provider – able to function independently with minimal supervision and also a team player.
- Very proactive – must anticipate risk, identify and resolve problems, balancing commercial and legal risks when advising the Business.
- Ethically driven – able to say “no” in the face of strong business pressure and comply with policies or the law.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and excellent drafting skills
Salary : 7.13 – 16.16 LPA
