About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing projects and cases
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court filings
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to aid in case analysis and strategy development
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to review and summarize legal documents and precedents
- Assist in the drafting of legal opinions and memoranda on various tax-related matters
- Assist in the preparation of case files, including organizing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Stay updated on current legal developments and assist in analyzing their potential impact on the company and its clients.
