ABOUT HNLU :
Hidayatullah National Law University, a premier institute for
legal education and research is celebrating its 20th Year of

ABOUT CSERC :
The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission
(CSERC) was established by the Government of Chhattisgarh to regulate
the electricity sector within the State. Operating since August 23, 2002,
under the Electricity Act, 2003, its main goal is to ensure fairness,
eficiency, and transparency in the industry while safeguarding
consumer interests, promoting competition, and supporting sectoral
growth.
STRUCTURE OF CONFERENCE :
Apart from the inaugural and valedictory session, the
International Conference will be organised in the following two parts:
Part A: Theme based Panel Discussions
Part B: Paper Presentations in Technical Sessions
