Candidate Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar legal role.
- B.A. LL.B or equivalent law courses (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of contract law.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
Role & Responsibilties :
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents such as Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Master Service Agreement (MSA) to ensure legal binding and enforceability.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on legal and program issues to proactively manage risks.
- Offer support in arbitration, litigation, and mediation processes.
- Conduct legal research and provide commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice.
- Represent the company in court or other legal settings, including arbitration or mediation.
- Perform due diligence investigations to gather evidence for cases involving business transactions or legal disputes.
- Prepare court filings and other necessary paperwork for court appearances.
- Work independently and effectively handle assigned tasks.
- Prepare responses to legal notices.
