About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Work within the legal departments of businesses or corporations and assist in-house counsel with a variety of tasks
- Work on conducting legal research to support decision-making, reviewing and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assisting in the management of corporate governance matters
