Details of Internship
•This is an offline internship.
•Tasks would include Legal Research, Content writing and assistance in Drafting Agreements and Memos.
•The above-mentioned position will be for 2 months starting from 1st December 2023.
•Stipend will be paid.
•A certificate shall be given at the end of the internship period.
•Last Date of application is 30th November, 2023.
Eligibility
•The candidate must be in 4th/5th year of their law course.
•The candidate with prior experience in corporate internships at law firm would be preferred.
•The candidate must have basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and interest in the Corporate Sector.
•The candidate must be sincere, disciplined and well-spoken.
•The candidate must have knowledge of using MS Word.
