Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various topics related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Investment and Banking Laws, including but not limited to regulations, securities laws, investment laws and privacy laws.
- Analyze and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as legal opinions, memoranda, and corporate resolutions.
- Provide legal support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to product development, marketing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and the related Investment instruments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 1+ years of experience in legal compliance related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology and Investment and Banking Sector.
- Strong knowledge of securities laws, privacy laws, and regulations related to cryptocurrencies and Investments.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
