Job Description
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including those related to energy services consulting, vendors, non-disclosure, financial and other agreements.
- Work as part of the legal team, and cross-functionally with other teams on a variety of commercial
- matters.
- Work closely with members of the legal, finance and commercial teams to develop scalable processes
- and procedures.
- Miscellaneous legal projects that arise within the legal team
The Successful Applicant
You should be an LLB graduate with at-least three years of experience ideally both law firm and in-house. You should have strong contract drafting and negotiation skills. You should be qualified to practice in the USA and registered with the bar (California, NY)
