Qualifications:
-Law degree from a prestigious institution.
-Minimum of 1 year of work experience (fresher with internship experience in litigation can apply).
-Excellent drafting skills.
Expectations:
-Proficient in drafting pleadings and notices with minimal supervision.
-Sound knowledge of court procedures and police proceedings.
-Capable of attending court matters before RERA, Consumer Courts, District Court, etc.
