Role Description
This is a full-time legal intern role located on-site in Mumbai at IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd. The legal intern will be responsible for carrying out legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice, and handling legal issues and conflicts.
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of Law and Legal Consulting
- Experience with legal document preparation
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external legal entities
- Ability to handle legal issues and conflicts
- Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university, and should be pursuing or completed a legal internship or have completed legal practice course
