About FDP :
A Faculty Development Program (FDP) serves as a tool to enhance the
knowledge and professional skills of faculty members, aiming to boost their
performance in education, research, and administration. Additionally, FDPs
contribute to the development of organizational capacities and culture within an
institution. These programs not only assist faculty members in improving their
instructional capabilities in contemporary educational pedagogy but also
facilitate their professional development, providing a better understanding of
their roles as educators, researchers, and administrators. Moreover, FDPs play a
role in organizational development by addressing the specific requirements and
concerns of an institution.
Who can participate?
• Academics, PhD Research Scholars, Researchers and Other Professionals in
Higher Education.
• Digitally signed e-certificates will be provided to the participants who will
attend all the sessions.
