Position – Chamber Associate
Experience Level/PQE – Minimum 3 years
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate at Chambers of Saurabh Mishra, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India. The Legal Associate will be responsible for handling case files and performing legal research, drafting pleadings and preparing for court appearances.
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Experience in Supreme Court and High Court Litigation.
- Experience in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of different aspects of law and legal procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
About the Organization
Saurabh Mishra has a long standing at the bar with over 30 years of experience in Litigation and Arbitration matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts and other Tribunals. His office provides legal services with specialization in Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Electricity Matters and Environment Matters and represents major Central Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other Corporate Houses in Litigation, Arbitration and Advisory work.
