AK TIWARI & ASSOCIATES is a law firm located in Gautam Buddha Nagar that represents clients all over India in various legal matters, including divorce, domestic violence, child custody, maintenance, FIR under section 498A, bails, consumer builder disputes, cheque bounce, eviction, partition suit, recovery suit, and many more.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern at AK TIWARI & ASSOCIATES. The Legal Intern will be responsible for tasks such as legal research, drafting and preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, handling legal issues, and providing legal consulting.
Qualifications
- Strong zeal to learn law and legal procedures
- Excellent ability to learn drafting and legal document preparation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- State Bar Council enrollment is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
SPECIAL NOTE:
During the Internship period stipend will be paid to selected candidates and those who perform well will be absorbed in the Law Firm. Only Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad candidates will be selected, hence outstation candidates please do not apply.
