Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Legal Counsel located in New Delhi and NCR. The Associate Legal Counsel will support attorneys in a variety of legal tasks and will be responsible for investigating and resolving legal matters, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Associate Legal Counsel will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization to provide legal guidance and support on a range of legal issues.
Qualifications
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in India
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Good judgment and ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
