Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Legal Advisor role located in Kolkata. *The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal and one should discuss legal advice in legal counsel* , *preparing legal Drafting documents, and handling legal issues related to the company’s operations.* The Legal Advisor will also be responsible for providing guidance on labour and employment law and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
*Minimum Experience in 7 years and providing Legal Advice and Handling Legal Issues*
Experience in Labour and Employment Law with a strong focus on compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Master’s degree is preferred
*Experience in the construction and low industry is a plus*
