Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Trademark Intern at sr4ipr Partners. The internship will provide candidates with a hands-on learning experience in the field of intellectual property law and the responsibilities will involve working with the Senior Trademark Attorneys at the firm in conducting trademark-related work and handling cases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law or any other related field.
- A basic understanding of trademark procedures and requirements.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Independently preparing, maintaining, and updating client IP portfolios.
- Managing and overseeing IP filings, Prosecution, and renewals.
- Filing International Trademark applications through the Madrid Protocol.
- Adapting to a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment.
- Understanding about trademark, copyright, designs
- Looking after the previously filed cases
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
