Key skills and qualifications:
The candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:
(1) Must have passed both groups of the Executive program or groups of the Professional program of the ICSl
(2) Law-pursuing candidates shall be given preference
(3) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
(4) Must have good interpretation skills.
Exposure: The candidate shall have the following exposures:
(1) Working with various start-ups
(2) Taking part in the fundraising process of the start-up companies through private placement and preferential allotments
(3) Obtaining registrations and licenses under various laws including incorporation of companies and LLPs
(4) Research and Advisory on secretarial and company law matters
(5) Mapping and managing day-to-day secretarial compliance of the client companies including drafting of resolutions, agendas and notices of meetings etc.
(6) Assisting in the Due diligence process of the companies including review of the compliances done and documents
(7) Review and drafting of re-stated articles if an association
(8) Review labour law compliances of various States across India, etc.
Remuneration: The remuneration shall range from 8K to 10K depending upon the candidate’s credentials.
