Eligibility
We are seeking a paid intern to join our team at Mission Accessibility. The position will involve assisting with strategic litigation and other research tasks. Ideal candidates should be in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law program, or their 2nd or 3rd year for a 3-year law course. Please be aware that this internship requires full-time commitment, approximately 30-40 hours per week.
Requirements
The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of 5000 INR. The internship is scheduled to commence on November 1st, but we will consider applications for the months following November due to the high volume of applicants. In addition to substantial legal research, the intern will be responsible for communication tasks, such as drafting emails, scheduling meetings, managing social media, and creating promotional materials.
While the internship is primarily remote, candidates based in New Delhi who can attend court proceedings 1-2 times a week will be given preference, though this is not the sole determining factor for selection. The screening of the applications will be followed by a short telephonic interview.
