Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct title due diligence and draft real estate documents.
– Structure transactions and provide legal advisories on real estate laws, including stamp duty and RERA.
– Familiarity with banking laws and dispute resolution in real estate is advantageous.

Desired Skills:

– Proficient in Kannada and English; Tamil is a plus.
– Experience with property searches, drafting documents, and handling high-profile clients.
