ABOUT CCL
The Centre for Corporate Law, as it is called, is an initiative of National Law University Odisha, Cuttack to promote interdisciplinary research in corporate law, and related fields like insolvency laws, securities law, etc. The Centre aims at creating an effective platform of discussion and discourse on latest issues and challenges in corporate law and related areas to come up with logical solutions and create awareness among the law students and the academia about the same.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Submissions should be the original work of the contributor and should not have been published or sent for publication elsewhere.
- Co-authorship is permitted up to 2 authors.
- We advise authors to hyperlink the sources for citation and prefer minimal use of footnotes (OSCOLA).
- Authors are advised to keep their articles concise and precise to enhance the effectiveness of their posts. The word limit should ideally range from 1300 – 1500 words (excluding footnotes).
- All submissions for the CCL Blog must be made via the Google Form linked at the end of the post.
- Any submission made via other platforms would be rejected.
