The Indian Institute of Legal Studies is located in the serene backdrop of the mesmerizing Himalayan foothills, figuring in the vital geopolitical corridor of the TeraiDooars, in close quarters of the SAARC nations. The Institute is endowed with pristine natural surroundings and boasts excellent connectivity being situated in the chicken-neck Siliguri. The Indian Institute of Legal Studies is affiliated with the University of North Bengal and is recognized by the Bar Council of India and approved by the UGC.

Sub- themes are not exhaustive, the researchers are free to explore other areas related to the main theme.
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Indian Institute of Legal Studies invites well researched and unpublished manuscripts by Academicians, Policymakers, Lawyers, Bureaucrats, Research Scholars & Post Graduate Students for the conference. Research manuscripts shall be subject to the approval of the Editorial Board for inclusion in the International Conference.
MODE OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
The International Conference will be organized in offline mode.
No TA/DA will be provided.
In-absentia Poster Presentations shall be allowed.
