Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of IPR ,Civil litigation disputes, Criminal Litigation and advise pre-litigation disputes, regulatory investigations, and other contentious matters.
Work closely with various legal, product, and business team members to provide counseling on litigation.
Work with external legal counsel on specific matters ranging from regulatory issues to expert advice requests and to take an active role in litigation.
Research into new applicable laws, regulations and legal regime of new domains of business and prepare notes, case-studies and research on regulatory requirements, legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Drafting and Reply to C&D Notices, Notice from Govt Authorities , domain name disputes.
Research and analysis of various Orders , Judgements , policies, bills, amendments, notifications, relating to and impacting the Group
Provide necessary support to IndiaMART’s Group Companies-should have good drafting skills
