About the Job:
They are currently seeking to hire two Associates with a passion for the law and a drive to excel within a supportive and challenging environment. Eligibility:
Graduation with an LLB degree.
Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of 1-3 years in legal practice.
Masters (LLM) or any specialization in Indirect and Direct Taxation, Banking, and Finance will be considered an advantage.
Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on a broad spectrum of legal issues.
Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Participate in client meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, providing thorough preparation and support.
Assist in case management, including preparations for hearings and trials.
Attend client meetings, depositions, and court appearances, representing the firm professionally.
Foster a collaborative work environment, contributing to the firm’s innovative and efficient work practices.
Duration:
This is a full-time position. The selected candidates will be expected to commit to a long-term engagement, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement based on performance.
