RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Review, draft, and provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate law matters, including HR employment contracts.
– Guide on legal and regulatory issues related to the entities operations.
– Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company.
– Beyond law-related responsibilities, the legal counsel will get the opportunity to participate in company strategy and growth initiatives with the leadership and become one of the key administration officers in the company.
-Basic drafting, Coordination with external, briefing, filing.
Please note this is a Mid – Senior Level Position.
ELIGIBILITY :
LLB/LLM (must have)
2-5 years of working in the field (preferably in Real Estate)
SALARY :
As per Industry standards.
