Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Assistant in Ahmedabad. The Litigation Assistant will be responsible for supporting the litigation team in all phases of litigation. Daily responsibilities will include drafting, editing and proof-reading routine legal documents, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent degree
- Experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in drafting legal documents
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Experience in handling e-filing and court procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
