About the Organisation
The Center for Gender and Environment works on issues of Gender and Environment with a focus on India. Founded on the principles of Gender, Equality and environmental justice, the organization is committed to building initiatives and developing capacities among stakeholders and within communities to articulate issues of environmental and social justice.
Eligibility
Graduate, Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency with MS Office products, database management and other computer applications.

Job Description
Write, and analyze in-depth research reports /fact sheets relating to socio-legal issues with the right-based approach.
Drafting petitions on human rights issues (women’s rights, agriculture, environment, and health).
Conducting legal research on environmental issues.
Data collection at the field level; identify and understand agricultural policies and implementation
Document and draft research reports.
Comfortable in conducting field research in challenging situations in rural settings, and researching socio-legal issues.
