Since 2005 the Casimir Pulaski Foundation (CFP) has been awarding almost 100 scholarships to the best candidates for the Academy of Young Diplomats Program. In every edition the Foundation awards both full or partial scholarships to the best international candidates for that edition of the Academy of Young Diplomats. Only non-Polish citizens are eligible for this scholarship.
The Casimir Pulaski Foundation is an independent, non-partisan, leading Polish think-tank specializing in foreign policy and international security. The Pulaski Foundation provides analyses, identifying trends in the international environment, which contain possible recommendations and solutions for government decision-makers and private sector managers to implement.
The Full Scholarship covers the Program Tuition Fee, which includes:
- 4 Sessions in Warsaw
- 4 Online Sessions
- All course materials
- Inauguration and Graduation Ceremony with VIP Guests
- 140 hours of hands-on diplomatic training
- 15 Study Visits
- 5 Meetings of the Leadership Development Groups
- Coffee breaks during all live sessions
- Executive Diploma in the Art of Diplomacy
Please be advised that either a full (100%) or partial (50%) Scholarship can be awarded. In addition, the scholarship does not cover the costs of accommodation, visa, insurance and travel expenses.
Before applying for the CPF Scholarship for the Academy of Young Diplomats , please prepare the following documents:

- Three Letters of Recommendation
The Scholarship applications dates and deadlines for the 2023/24 cohort will be announced soon on our website and social medial platforms. Please note that applications sent after the deadline will not be considered.
