Towards an innovative data ecosystem in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
My data is mine Award is aimed at supporting young scholars with an innovative
approach to data protection issues and who can offer a visionary contribution to
data exploitation in Europe and worldwide.
The fifth edition, which will take place in Lisbon during the 2024 Web Summit,

We welcome 5000-8000 words papers from young scholars – up to age of 35
years old.
Evaluation criteria will include:
– Relevance and originality of the work;
– Significance and impact of the research;
– Quality and clarity of the presentation;
– Potential for practical applications.
The deadline for submissions is September 30, 2024. The award ceremony
will be held in November 2024 at Websummit in Lisbon. We invite researchers,
practitioners, and students from academia and industry to submit their work and
contribute to advancing the field of AI and data protection.
The winner will be awarded with a prize of 1.000 euros and will have the chance
to present their paper during the ceremony which will be held in Lisbon (travel
and accommodation costs will be offered by CEP).
