> Procurement Agreements
> Other documents
> Handling internal calls for any queries/clarifications in relation to document review
> Agreement negotiation
> Review of below documents:
- Master Services Agreements (“MSA”)
- Work Order
- Sub-Contractor Agreements
- Software License and Development Agreement
- Partner Agreements
