ABOUT THE EVENT
“Legal Horizons 2024” is a one-day national seminar hosted by Amity Law School, Amity University Rajasthan, focused on discussing current legal issues in India. It aims to facilitate the exchange of ideas, critical analysis and bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, enhancing understanding of law in action. The seminar will explore key themes in the Indian legal system which includes constitutional amendments, cyber law, environmental jurisprudence, and intellectual property rights amongst others. It seeks to foster innovation, collaborative research and a multidisciplinary approach among participants. “Legal Horizons 2024” aspires to influence legal research, policy-making and education, potentially leading to academic publications and tools for addressing legal challenges.
