DETAILS OF THE OPPORTUNITY :
Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust known for its educational system based on values,
giving prominence to quality, principles, and ethics has ventured into the field of legal
education. RV Institute of Legal Studies was established in 2018 to impart quality legal
education and to create an environment wherein students can hone their professional skills
tempered with morality and ethics. It is surging forward with all enthusiasm to bring out the
Fifth and Sixth issue of RV Law Journal to provide a platform for expressing original ideas
and interpretations on contemporary legal issues by professionals, academicians, researchers
and students so that they will be available for posterity. RV Law Journal is a blind peerre viewed journal published bi-annually with ISSN.
Articles, case comments and book reviews are invited for the journal which is scheduled to
be released in the month of June and December 2024, respectively. There is no limitation on
the choice of topic; the only requirement is that it involves legal analysis with relevance to
India. The work should be original, unpublished and in consonance with the submission
guidelines.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES :
Word limit (excluding footnotes)
● Long Article (5000– 10000 words)
● Short Article (2500-3000 words)
● Case Comment (2000-2500 words)
● Book Review (2000–2500words)
Formatting and Citation :
1. Format should be in Microsoft word(.doc or .docx).
2. Font in12 fonts, Times New Roman with linespacing1.5.
3. Footnotes should be in Times New Roman 10 fonts and 1line spacing.
4. Citation format: OSCOLA
5. Submit the soft copy of the manuscript to [email protected] along
with a covering letter with the following details – Title of the paper, Specify the
category (Article/ Case comment/book review), Name of the Author, Designation and
Institution, Email Id and Phone number.
