About the Internship
AKS Partners (Advocates | Solicitors | Consultants) is seeking interns for an Assessment Internship of up to 6 months.
Eligibility
Students currently pursuing their studies in the final year of a 5-year degree course or their final year in a 3-year degree course, or those who have recently completed their LLB from recognized colleges.
Responsibilities
– Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
– Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
– Conduct corporate/ real estate due diligence.
– Analyze and summarize complex legal information.
– Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
– Participate in conferences and client meetings (as required).
