About the Internship
Zypp Electric is looking for a Legal Intern.
Eligibility
- Must be in the 3rd year of graduation or above.
- Must be residing in Gurgaon or a nearby area. (daily travel should not be an issue)
- Must know the company he is applying to.
- Must know about contracts and agreements. (At least a few important clauses that every agreement must have)
Responsibilities
- Review various legal documents including contracts, deeds, and agreements, and conduct case file research. They will prepare case notes and timelines, particularly noting any expiring contracts.
- Manage procedural follow-ups with external counsel on pending cases via email, utilizing electronic devices to streamline communications.
- To actively participate in discussions, providing insights and opinions on ongoing agreements and client negotiations. Tasks may involve data entry and management through Excel as part of our paper reduction policy.
- Must be comfortable with the English language and familiar with legal terminology.
- Regular work hours are expected without the necessity for late stays, except in emergencies (e.g., urgent drafting of documents) which may require staying later occasionally.
- Must complete an on-the-spot writing test and are expected to handle their printing using the company’s facilities.
