Job Description
- Carrying out Title Due Diligence concerning real estate on a PAN India basis and drafting of appropriate reports.
- Having proficient knowledge of land laws, applicable building bylaws, Stamp Act, Registration Act and other auxiliary laws of different states.
- Ensuring implementation of Real Estate transaction strategy, policies, and guidelines, negotiating and finalising deeds and documents to provide standardized, high-quality real estate transaction services.
- Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements related to real estate transactions.
- Providing Advisory, and legal opinions and carrying out legal research on applicable Real Estate laws.
- Calculation and determination of applicable stamp duty on various types of conveyance deeds as per respective applicable state laws.
- Acts as liaison between Company Attorneys, External Counsel, Organizations and concerned Government departments.
