Instructions for extended abstracts and full papers:
All extended abstracts and papers must be written in English and must follow the provided abstract and full paper template. Failure to adhere to the template will result in the extended abstract not being published in the conference proceedings. (Please refer to the extended abstract template at the confbay website). All extended abstracts and full papers are to be submitted to the Confbay:

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
The conference provides opportunities for publication in an e-proceeding with ISBN. Selected manuscripts (after a peer-review process) will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed and MyCite journals (with additional cost). The selection panel of the conference committe will consider as all extended abstracts to ensure that the proposed paper is relevant to the Conference.
- Where there is more than one author for a paper, at least one author must register and must pay the registration fee.
- The conference certificate will be issued to all authors of a paper on a single certificate.
- Each consecutive paper(s) by the same author(s) (as first author and corresponding author) is given a reduction of fee to RM150 per additional paper.
- Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
