About the Asian International Arbitration Journal

The Asian International Arbitration Journal (AIAJ), the flagship journal of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, publishes scholastic writing and thought pieces on issues in international arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region. The AIAJ publishes articles, notes on judgments, awards, legislation updates and book reviews. The AIAJ publishes two issues a year: March 2024 and November 2024.

Submission Deadline

The General Editors are inviting submissions for the Journal. For consideration for:

(a) the November 2024 issue, submissions must be received on or before 1 August 2024; and

(b) the March 2025 issue, submissions must be received on or before 1 December 2024.

Manuscripts must be original and must not have been published nor have been submitted for publication elsewhere before; after first publication in the Asian International Arbitration Journal, permission to reproduce the article should be requested at [email protected].
