About the Opportunity
Shubhashray Housing is looking for an intern for a month. The internship is for the in-house department of a real estate company. The work will involve research and drafting on real estate transactions and cases, and other allied corporate laws.
Mode
On-site.
Responsibilities
- The team is confronted with complex legal problems which will require collation of relevant documents, researching positions of laws and drafting notes. Read & update laws/bylaws/rules & regulations applicable to housing (Conversion rules, Building bylaws, Township policy, RERA Rules, Labour Cess Act, Environmental clearance, CTE, CTO, IBC, SARFAESI etc.)
- The team is often required to consult/ obtain an opinion from senior/external legal counsels and involve the preparation of briefs/ documents/ list of dates/cases for opinions, for the said counsels.
Eligibility
- Should have pursued Law
- Pursuing a Law (5 years or 3 years)
- Good drafting, research and communication skills
Stipend
- Upto 15000 per month
- Negotiable on competence.
