JOB POST: Law Researcher at Delhi Judicial Academy , Apply by Aug 4 2024

DETAILS OF THE OPPORTUNITY :

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals born on or after 1 July 1994 for the appointment of 4 Law Researchers at Delhi Judicial Academy on a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) per month initially for a period of one year on contract basis extendable by another one year, at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.

The applicants may also note that they may be required to work even beyond Office hours Depending upon the exigency of the research work for which no overtime shall be payable. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates called for the interview. It may also be noted that the above engagement is purely contractual in nature.

It would not confer any right of permanent employment at Delhi Judicial Academy. It is also clarified that a Law Researcher will not be entitled to pursue further studies or practice or take up any other assignments during the period she/he works as a Law Researcher at the Academy.

Eligibility Criteria :

The candidate must be a Law Graduate from a recognized university on the last date of receiving the applications.

Stipend :

A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 65,000/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand only) per month initially for a period of one year on a contract basis extendable by another one year, at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority. depending upon the exigency of the research work for which no overtime shall be payable.

Applying Procedure :

The applications shall be submitted in the prescribed form (Annexure “1”) given below this post.
The application shall bear the recent passport-size photograph of the applicant. The application shall be submitted by post only in a closed envelope, clearly mentioning on the envelope “Application for appointment as Law Researcher at Delhi Judicial Academy”, addressed to the Director (Administration), Delhi Judicial Academy, Sector-14, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078. The application should reach the Academy on or before 4 August 2024 by 4:00 p.m.
Applications which are incomplete, unsigned and received after the prescribed date and time, shall be rejected summarily and no enquiry will be entertained in this regard
shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview which will comprise 100 Marks. Interview dates will be intimated telephonically/e-mailed later on.
