The UNIDROIT Scholarship, Internship and Research Programme is comprised of several different initiatives that facilitate opportunities for legal professionals at various stages of their careers to visit UNIDROIT to work or conduct research.
The UNIDROIT Scholarship, Internship and Research Programme has five current initiatives:

3. The Sir Roy Goode Scholarship
4. Secondments
5. Cooperation with Academic Institutions

Application process
To apply for a scholarship, candidates must complete the online scholarship application form, which is available at the following link: UNIDROIT 2025 SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
As part of their online application, candidates will be required to upload their (i) Curriculum Vitae (CV), (ii) Cover Letter and (iii) supporting reference letters as one PDF/word document.
Candidates will be assessed on their online application, cover letter, CV, research proposal, English/French proficiency and the value of their research to UNIDROIT.
Timeline
Applications are due by 13 September 2024. Short-listing will be undertaken in October and November. Candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application by the end of December.
