About the Internship
A Legal Intern is needed for Gurgaon-based company Wheelseye Technology India Private Limited.
Eligibility
- A student pursuing law from a recognised institute.
- Students in their last semester of the course.
Responsibilities
- To develop & ensure compliance with legal frameworks and policies.
- Draft, review and negotiate with partners and vendors a wide range of commercial and other agreements including API Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Service Agreements, LOI, MOUs, Marketing Agreements, Wallet Agreements, and other business contracts.
- To visit the corporate office 6 days a week in Gurgaon.
