Conference Topics
The conference will open for discussion on the most pressing issues of the UN Agenda 2030, focusing on a wide range of critical topics for achieving sustainable development. Participants will engage in debates encompassing all key areas of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation, and infrastructure, reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, life below water, life on land, peace, justice, and strong institutions, and partnerships for the goals.
This year, the conference will include a special thematic section on “Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion”, which contributes to the COLOURS European University Alliance, of which our university is a member. This section will highlight the importance of fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equality across all sectors of society.
Additionally, the conference will offer numerous networking opportunities, fostering partnerships, inspiring innovative solutions, and galvanizing collective efforts toward a more sustainable and equitable future for all.
Registration & Submission
Those interested in participating in the conference are invited to register with submission of an abstract along with a brief narrative academic biography (max. 200 words) by 01 November 2024, via the following email: [email protected]
Article Guidelines:
The authors should adhere to the Article guidelines of Horizons – International Scientific Journal
Important Dates:
– 01 November 2024 (Extended Deadline): Submit an abstract between 250 and 300 words (5-7 keywords. Use words that will help others find your work). Write your abstract using concise but complete sentences. You need to include four things: 1) your research problem and objectives, 2) your methods, 3) your key results or arguments, and 4) your conclusion.
– 15 and 16 November 2024: Conference dates
– 26 November 2024: Submission of final papers. Earlier submission of the articles helps us to manage the review process on time. Articles should be sent as .doc or .docx attachments via the email address: [email protected]
