Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a master’s in environmental politics or a cognate discipline. The ideal candidate will have:
Research experience on topics related to the intersection of climate change and democratic governance;
Excellent empirical research, analytical, and writing skills;
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
Ability to communicate effectively;
Knowledge of the EU and Irish environmental policy landscapes.
Salary Scale
IUA Research Assistant Salary Scale: € 31,962 – € 39,188 (Point 1 – Point 10), pro rata. Appointment will be made commensurate with qualifications and experience, and will be made on the appropriate point of the salary scales, in line with current Government pay policy.
