About the Conference

This hybrid conference aims to explore the intergenerational transmission of indigenous occupational skills, focusing on traditional crafts like weaving, pottery, carpentry, embroidery, and painting. Discussions will center around the roles of family structures, socio-economic mobility, education, and heritage preservation in maintaining these traditional practices. We invite participants to engage in dialogue on the challenges and opportunities posed by modernity, and how traditional craftsmanship can be sustained in contemporary economic and social environments.

Submission Guidelines

▪ Abstracts should not exceed 500 words and must include the title, author(s), and affiliations.

▪ Full papers should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, following APA citation styles.
