About the Course
This Two-Credit Course on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law in India 1.0 is meticulously designed to equip learners with a profound understanding of the nuances of insolvency and bankruptcy laws, while fostering critical resolution drafting skills. The course emphasizes the practical interplay of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) with other laws and offers an in-depth exploration of contemporary developments, including cross-border insolvency, airline insolvency, and group insolvency.
