ABOUT THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITYY OF KASHMIR LAW REVIEW (CUKLR)
CUKLR is an annual, blind peer-reviewed and refereed journal. It aims to publish quality research on contemporary legal issues, having a multi-disciplinary approach, resonating with the spirit of National Education Policy – 2020 (India). Previous issues of the Journal have featured contributions, among others, by Hon. Justice Dr. Mukundakam Sharma, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, Francis X. Shen, JD, Lecturer in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital, a Harvard University affiliated Professor at Harvard Law School, and a member of the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics and a McKnight Presidential Fellow, Prof. Kamal Jeet Singh, Vice Chancellor, Madhusudan Law University, Cuttack, Oddisa, Prof. Nuzhat Parveen, former Dean, Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, Prof. S R Mohapatra, Head, Department of Law, Sambalpur University, Odisha, Prof. Mohammad Ashraf, Chairman and Dean, Faculty of Law, AMU etc.
TIMELINE FOR SUBMISSION
The submissions for the journal are accepted on a rolling basis round the year. The interested authors can submit their manuscripts at any time.
The journal welcomes contributions from academicians, practitioners, students of law and allied fields.
